Two components for quick ways to find related materials and track authors.

1. Who author(s) cited  - what was cited in the original article
      Use footnotes and bibliographies 

 2. Who cited author(s)  - find out who has cited an article since it was published

     Use Web of Science (limited to top journals in the field of study) and Google Scholar
