Select one or more results, then click the Export Citations button (icon is 3 books)

Select RIS file for 3rd party citation tool. Click Download. Save the resulting file.

Then from RefWorks, Click + Add, then Import references.

Select the RIS file (or drag and drop).

Make sure the file format says RIS (or RIS UTF-8), then click Import.

The citation(s) will now be imported into RefWorks and can be found in the Last Imported folder.
